LOCATION & TRAVEL
I need to drive to the venue, can I park?
Yes, there is a dedicated car park for wedding guests opposite the main access to the Tythe Barn at Tewinbury. Click here for directions.
Parking is free for all guests.
There are electric car charging points available behind the reception building.
We are travelling by train, do we need to get a taxi?
Yes, there are some local taxi companies detailed here.
Uber also operates in the area.
Is there anywhere to stay on site or nearby?
Yes, there are rooms on site and many hotels in neighbouring towns.

TIMINGS
What time do we need to arrive?
The ceremony will begin at 1:30pm, promptly.
Please aim to arrive at the venue from 12:30pm.

What time will the event end?
Last orders at the bar will be 11.30pm, with the venue itself closing at midnight.
Don’t forget to book that taxi!
ON THE DAY
What do I wear?
The dress code is ‘smart’ however please bring comfortable shoes.
The Tewinbury site is waiting to be explored and
of course you are going to want to join in the Ceilidh in the evening!
Is there a bar?
Do I need cash?
Yes there will be a bar!
Drinks will be provided for certain moments during the day however the Riverview bar will be open before and after the Ceremony to keep you hydrated throughout the afternoon and into the evening.
Tewinbury is cashless.
Will there be music?
We know that James has no idea about music, can we add requests to a playlist?
Yes, after the Ceilidh there will be a playlist on in the Tythe barn.
Will there be food?
When will we eat?
Is there a menu?

We will feed you!
The wedding breakfast will be served around 3.30-4pm.

The main wedding breakfast will be a relaxed BBQ/Buffet style affair, followed by a selection of pizzas after the Ceilidh in the evening.

Will there be photographs?
Will we be able to share our snaps?
There will be an official photographer on the day.
We are also planning on capturing moments of the day on video too.
There will be a QR code displayed around the venue and on the tables on the day using the POV app to enable guests to share ‘disposable camera’ style shots from the day.
